Custom mask

If you have an unusual face shape and one of our standard sizes doesn’t fit, or if you have a specific injury area ... or even want a mask that perfectly follows every line of your face, we also offer fully custom-made masks.

Every custom mask is designed individually. If there is a recent injury or particularly sensitive area, we can build additional clearance ("air gap") into that region while keeping the rest of the mask closely matched to your facial anatomy.

Once submitted, we create an individual 3D model using CAD and manufacture your custom carbon fiber mask. Production usually takes 14 - 21 days.
