If you have been CT scanned, share with us complete DICOM files or download the free app (iOS / Android) for 3D photogrametry. The app creates a 3D mesh of your facial structure within few minutes — completely from home, no clinic visit required. You can re-scan multiple times.
We analyse your scan and determine the most suitable standard size for your face. If none of the standard options provide an optimal fit, we will recommend a custom-made mask. Every case is then manually reviewed by an engineer before it moves into CAD design.
We then process the data, evaluate the facial geometry, and design a custom mask tailored to your exact anatomy.
Every shell is laminated by hand from 3K carbon fibre and kevlar cloth, vacuum-bagged and cured in autoclave in Slovakia.
