Carbon Fibre Outer Shell

Prepreg 3K twill-weave carbon. Mask has a UV-stable clear coat. Stiffer than steel by weight — the primary load-bearing surface of the mask.

Aramid (Kevlar) Reinforcement

Prepreg High-performance aramid fibers, widely used in aerospace, motorsport, and protective applications, reinforce critical impact zones while maintaining a lightweight composite structure.

Energy-Absorbing Poron XRD

Impact absorbing foam developed in USA for sports purpose mostly. It is contoured to the inside of the shell. Spreads residual force across a broad footprint of skin and stays comfortable.

Anti-Slip Inner Liner

Skinfriendly synthetic leather. Grips the skin without irritation, breathes during play, wipes clean in seconds.
