Yes! CT scan is preferable due to its perfect precision. Share with us complete DICOM files via any free platform such as WeTransfer or DropBox.
Individuals can purchase a mask on its own. Choose the mask considering the size matrix or by using a smartphone and a simple free app, you can create an accurate 3D scan of your face right from home. You just send us the scan, and based on a detailed analysis, we’ll recommend the right size.
Yes, standard masks can be returned and get refunded if the fit is not correct within 14 days, as long as the mask is unused and returned in its original condition. Custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend contacting us before ordering so we can help you choose correctly.
No. The mask’s cutout is designed to sit behind the eye, so it does not interfere with your field of vision. From our experience, players quickly adapt and hardly notice any limitation. They just get used to the minor “handicap.”

The masks are hand crafted in Slovakia by using Prepreg fibres cured in autoclave for the best strength quality.
Polycarbonate masks are more flexible and tend to deform more under impact, while carbon composite masks are significantly stiffer, offering better structural stability and controlled performance during play.
The masks are tested in-house during development using internal validation methods inspired by relevant industry testing principles (including concepts used in EN 13087-2 Protective Helmets - Test Methods - Part 2). Independent certification testing is currently underway.
Yes, all Compoacc masks are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects under normal intended use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, excessive loads beyond intended sports use, or neglect in care. In such cases, responsibility for the damage lies with the user.
